Ajax and Barcelona's Dutch striker who scored the Champions League-winning goal as a teenager and went on to become one of Europe's most feared forwards.

Patrick Kluivert scored the winning goal in the 1995 Champions League final against AC Milan at the age of 18 — one of the most dramatic cameos in the competition's history. He went on to score 40 goals in 79 appearances for the Netherlands, making him one of the country's leading scorers. At Barcelona he formed a formidable partnership with Rivaldo and won the La Liga title.

He scored the Champions League-winning goal as an 18-year-old substitute — the youngest player to do so in a final.
